About BCxTips

In many projects, team members often start new projects before the current one is completed. This, combined with the fact that project teams are rarely the same, leads to a lack of crucial knowledge transfer. All companies, regardless of industry, agree that knowledge transfer is essential for adjusting operations, reducing deviations, increasing learning, and improving profitability. Yet, this happens far too infrequently.

At BCxTips, we are passionate about learning from others' experiences and sharing them. We believe it is unnecessary for the industry to repeat the same mistakes over and over. Often, we learn how to perform tasks through courses, but we rarely get examples of what went wrong, why it went wrong, and how it was ultimately resolved. We aim to change this by providing concrete examples and insights into what should have been on the checklists and when quality control should have been conducted.

By sharing this knowledge, we hope to contribute to a more efficient and learning-oriented industry, where we can collectively avoid past mistakes and achieve better results.
